Life Events Diary

DBF Fees - within the Life Events Diary, the Fees now show the PCC part and what is owed to your DBF.   This is shown within the Finance tab for your Wedding or Funeral tab.  Another new feature to make it easy to track which payments have been made is the new DBF Payments button that is shown on the Life Events Diary homepage to all administrators (you will also be able to give your treasurer access to this by going to Settings > Roles)

The DBF Payments page will show Fees for that month along with how much is due to the DBF

Editing a payment brings up the following modal where you can record that payment has been made and the date that payment was made to the DBF

The listing of payments is then updated to show that the payment to DBF has been made

Funeral Directors - we've added a big update to the funeral services as each Funeral Director will now be saved and can be used in further funerals rather than having to enter the details again. 

When you go to add or edit a funeral you will see under the funeral tab a drop down to select an existing Funeral Director or to add a new one alongside a Point of Contact from that Funeral Director for each Funeral. 

You will be able to edit the Funeral Directors within a new area in Settings > Life Events and clicking on Funeral Directors. From within this view you can see each Funeral Director, when the last Funeral was with them along with the total amount of Funerals per Funeral Director.
