The Diocese Organiser is fully funded by the Archbishop's Council as a tool to help Diocese manage their room bookings and events.
Several administrators can be added to the cloud based software to administer the different areas within the Diocese.

Manage Rooms at your Diocese
Manage the rooms and assets within your Diocesan Office(s) preventing double booking and helping with the administration of the rooms.
Ticketing and Events
Use the ticketing module for both free and paid for events:
- Unlimited events
- Fully customisable event registration
- Free or paid-for tickets
- Online ticket booking page, or options for Diocese staff to register people who phone/ email their booking
- Ticketing funds are paid out before the event
- Weekly payouts from sold tickets straight into your Diocese bank account
Life Events Diary (preview)
The Life Events Diary is a free resource for all churches within the Church of England. Within your Diocese Organiser account you will be able to see the functionality that is available to support Life Events administration at parish level.
Accept online payments
Take payments online via credit and debit card, direct debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Claim Gift Aid on applicable transactions.
Coming Soon
For Dioceses that are part of the Diocese and Cathedral Digital Community (DC2) then room availability for churches across the Diocese can be shown on your Diocese website with users able to book directly through the website.

Included with The Diocese Organiser is a 2 hour virtual onboarding to get your Diocese setup on the tools.
Ongoing support is provided so help from the team is just an email or telephone call away.
